Kinda funny that Kevin Harvick is sponsored by Subway, because at one point his one boss Tony Stewart was sponsored by Subway and also Harvick had a long relationship with rival sandwich chain Jimmy John’s (also I don’t think Jimmy John’s sponsors anyone at the moment, since they are no longer sponsoring Harvick and they haven’t been on WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar’s wrestling gear for a few years now)

Carl Edwards and Subway were a great combination. Who knows, if Carl had retired after the 2020 season, Subway could have went straight from Joe Gibbs Racing to Stewart Haas Racing and Kevin Harvick for the 2021 season.

@FARCA It’s probably a combination of things because why would Carl Edwards retired after a good season? There has to be multiple reasons.

I think the final run into turn 1 at homestead is what made Edwards retire. After being tied with Tony in 2012. That was next closest run to the championship he had in the bag until NASCAR called that caution. It’s a shame. We all miss Carl.
