I stopped reading your comment when you said that Hamlin was looking ahead. Did he have the option to stick his head out of the window and look back? Maybe you would have a point if you could see his eyes. You can’t. Almost every car has a mirror on the a-pillar. He was looking into it as he flipped the bird.

The broadcast made it clear. He was flipping off Joey. I’ll change my mind when I SEE something to prove otherwise.

Even if it was said elsewhere, as I’ve said earlier, he would still be wrong even if he said that.

You don’t know the position of the cars either, so why are you acting like you know?

You ignore:

-Hamlin’s hand out the left window when Joey was either behind him or to the right of him AND while Jones and Gilliland were to the left of him.

-The lack of reason for Hamlin to be mad at Logano AND legitimate reasons for Hamlin to be mad at Jones or Gilliland.

-Drivers aren’t always flipping others off to ensure the other driver can see it, it’s plausible that they can be just pointing in the direction of the driver that pissed them off.

-The fact that almost no one has to wait a few seconds before flipping someone off, they can do it immediately. Even if Logano was behind at the time, you would need Hamlin to wait long enough to see it, which is not a guarantee.

In addition, I just noticed the detail that seals it. Look at where Hamlin’s helmet is pointed when he puts up the bird. He’s looking ahead and to side, exactly where Gilliland and Jones would’ve been. And this isn’t the natural position of his helmet either, you can see he turns his helmet to look that way at the time, then goes back to looking straight ahead.

I’ve proven every claim of yours is either false or irrelevant. I’ve argued you into a corner and now you’re falling back on the cop-out argument of “some guy on the broadcast said so at some point” as if the broadcast is infallible. Spoiler alert: It’s not. Especially not the FOX broadcast, which has been widely criticized in recent times by fans for being inaccurate and generally lower in quality.

In a hilarious turn of events, you refuse to criticize Logano for his reaction, despite saying earlier Hamlin was unjustified even if he got the right guys. I had my suspicions earlier for those reasons, but your comment about Hamlin’s finger reveals your biased judgment and proves what I’ve said all along: You’re seeing what you want to see.

You can’t even counter this, all you’ve been trying to do is spin it back at me, when I have all the arguments on my side.

I gotta say, this is a dumb argument anyway. I don’t know why we should care about one driver flipping off another, but if we’re going to use that as a reason to hate a driver, I’m gonna debunk it.

You are one of the densest guys I’ve seen in a while. You have been repeatedly making the dumbest arguments to support your a case a driver flipped off another driver that he had no reason to flip off. Instead of admitting you are wrong, you double down and fall back on whatever you can. Your raw stupidity makes it nothing short of a miracle you can even type your brainless comments to begin with.

Also, I just can’t believe how dumb you people are. Everyone who pushed Hamlin wide on pit road was ahead of Hamlin. I don’t care how hard Denny reaches, his cute little finger isn’t going to be seen in a rear mirror.

If a driver is flipping someone off, it’s almost always the guy behind him. The guys in front of the driver are not going to be able to see anything like that in a rear view mirror.

Again, you don’t even know when Hamlin flip someone off. You don’t know how the cars were positioned but the director of the broadcast did.

@Jamie Elizabeth Thornton They were six wide. There’s no particular driver at fault. Unless you saw Hamlin, and exactly where everyone else was positioned at the moment he flipped the bird, you don’t know who he flipped off.

I’m going to trust the broadcasters cuz they have a lot of eyeballs, cameras and replays to confirm what they told us.

@Esteban Rápido Because Logano is behind him, he assumed it’s at him. The 38 cut all the was across pit road and almost right into Hamlin. IT was his fault. No need to do that.

Cause he gave Denny Hamlin a large hit from behind after it was too crowded on pit road. So Denny didn’t like how he got hit under caution on turn 1 after coming out of pit road.
