That was a good interview at least. He owned up to his mistake and was honest. Thought for sure it was a brake failure at first
So How did he break a toe link? Curbing too much?
If so; another weakness from this Next Gen; sheeit, the last car USED the curbs and got 12 inches off the pavement without missing a beat.
@Studio DaVeed No, he was saying he broke a toe link after hitting Larson because he outbraked himself, hence him saying he made a rookie mistake.
@Vex while I’m not defending what he did he was going way to deep way to fast the end result was going to be the same I do think the toe link went before the crash as that car was way to sideways before contact again doesn’t change a thing he was stupid and had bad luck and that’s how careers are ended

@nascar guy and corn dog Yeah. It sucks, but it’s just one of those unexpected things that happen on the road courses. Hopefully, they’ll get it together before the next RC

We are starting to get spoiled with these races where Wallace wrecks out early on. FOX doesn’t even get a chance to push him on the viewers any. Maybe they can take him off the marquee now and tell Jaime Little to stop kissing his butt so much.

Bubba is a danger to everyone on the track because he’s entitled & thinks other drivers should give him room period. Time to pull the plug & send him back to the minors.

I agree! Shouldn’t have even been in that car in the first place.
Feeling the pressure now. He’s got a teammate who won in just 6 races with the team and has now scored 3 straight top 5’s already whereas Bubba is still putting up Bubba results despite being Year 3 with this team. One good race out of every 5 isn’t going to cut it and he knows it. He had that one good stint late last summer capped off with a win at Kansas but other than that his results have been highly inconsistent. He’s got to take that next step and Reddick as a teammate is going to force him to do it or get dropped for somebody else who can. This is a big year for him, don’t want to spend all of it in Reddick’s shadow. Make or break time. Step up or step down.
