We’re practicing at 8 AM, due to the fact that there’s multiple races that Fox has broadcast obligations for today (Truck Series at Texas & Xfinity Series at Richmond), along with practice and qualifying for both races, so they had to start earlier than normal in order to be able to fight everything in.
