Looks like NASCAR is going to penalize anyone who brings out the caution, so, Custer, if a tire goes down, well, he could get a 2-lap penalty and won’t get to change tires until serving that penalty. The Veteran’s have spoken and NASCAR is losing fans, so, finally, they are listening to us.
