@Mike as I said just being a lane down doesn’t mean you are there, he was nut underneath the 1 until the last second, way after turn in.

@hunterPRO1 S the 19 was fading inside of the 1 at the s/f line. he was there first and had the right of way. the 1 was in a bad spot and the only positive outcome for him was the give up the position to the 19

@Monty Tipton everyone hated Riley a few years ago, he crashed so often and was way off the pace. He’s gotten a lot better though, and is a fun driver to root for

Being a lane down doesn’t give you a right to the line, you gotta be there before turn in.

Sam and Riley both owe him one.

I’d imagine it’s because night races on Sundays don’t get as many people watching as a race during the day. I always have a hard time watching them live because I have to get up early for work the next day, so I usually end up recording the races and watching them later if I watch them

​​@Monty Tipton Yes actually, someone did. someone who would always talk about Riley when he crashes.

The race last year with the Next Gen didn’t run well at MVille, likely because of the cooler temperatures, so NASCAR is trying to improve the racing by moving it to day. Also probably brings in better ratings.

Which is deserved.
