NASCAR 8 laps under caution for a stage break at Talladega is absolutely ridiculous! What on earth are you guys doing??

If you insist on stopping the race for stages there is no reason the break should be ANY more than 4. End the stage, everybody pits, reset and go. You waste so much of the viewers and paying spectators time it’s not funny! You want shorter races? Maybe you should consider cutting your 20 minute stage breaks instead of cutting miles off the races?
