When we used to camp at Kentucky Speedway people would bring mowers to mow their campsite because the mowing before race weekend was done with a bush hog and it left the grass pretty high and the grass there is quite course as well. Don’t know what the mowing is like on the Talladega infield but when I saw folks doing that at Kentucky it seemed like a pretty good idea
