Especially when old-timers like Herschel McGriff, Bobby Allison, and “The King” Richard Petty all managed to show up despite being 85 to 95 years old, including Sterling Marlin despite severe health issues. NASCAR made millionaires out of Rudd/Martin/Stewart. You’d think they’d have shown up to at least honor their peer drivers in NASCAR 75 that might not be alive to celebrate much longer.

I know, Denny Hamlin is just hated by a lot of people, but he deserves to be respected like the other drivers. He’s not a bad driver, he just is passionate about racing that’s all.
