Im 44 so I was able to watch Dale Sr. and all the old greats race in the middle to late parts of their careers and feel blessed to have been able to do so. But this Kyle Larson kid. Born racer with a mature and clean head on his shoulders. I feel much of his success is not necessarily based off of his natural talent and ability on or off the track- or his family or team foundation.. but by the nature in which he wins and how he carries himself doing so. I look forward to rooting for him chasing championships for years to come.

I think this is a test. There seems to be more willingness from the SMI led by Marcus Smith than when his father ran the show. And also Dale Jr not letting the subject die is important. In this area of media he has the resources, skill and patience his old man did not possessed. And a voice that resonates.
New Hampshire is a crappy track that could lose it’s date.
Maybe they should send the All Star to The Rock if and when North Wilkesboro gets a points race. Or find a way to schedule both again
