I agree. Gene Haas has always had more say than Tony. I remember in 2014 when Gene hired Kurt Busch to drive the 41 car, Tony was furious. But Gene put “Haas Automation” on the hood & paid to sponsor him.

And to add a huge penalty on top of that? Talk about adding insult to injury…

Maybe they’re going after drivers with ‘Chas’ in their name and Ross Chastain is next.

They dropped the entire Library building on them.

Both are becoming the equivalent of the “Mr. Irrelevant” in the NFL draft.
