Lots of different styles to follow! Should be a fun year.

You’d really inject some youth and new energy into the broadcast

Nascar was built on full frame race cars. The SCCA and trans am is where unibody Cars raced. Camaro’s dont belong in the top level series that was founded on full frame stock appearing car bodies. At least the lumina and thunderbird had to use stock hood, roof and trunk from the original vehicle in production.

Really gonna miss seeing them on the track…

Edit: Ross probably has extra melons in case he wins the truck race.

@John Haas the only issue with that is you won’t be able to buy a brand new one from a dealer by then, honestly the most likely outcome is they debut a new generation Camaro and then change the stock car accordingly.

I was a huge AJ fan and his running and winning Daytona captured my attention.

Maybe the roofline will be modified in a few years to eliminate what’s left of the decklid, and then we’ll just have crossovers in the cup series, although I don’t know what that will do for the aero. They’ll either be amazing or undrivable. Maybe GM will convince NASCAR to allow concept cars, kickstarting a new aero war that quickly spirals out of control.
