]]>Yeah, if you need a barrier there, it’s because you think a car might hit it, so you need a wall to protect the people/equipment behind the barrier from a car.
So if you care enough about the stuff behind the wall and think it’s likely enough to happen that you need a barrier there at all, you should also care enough about the driver and think it’s likely enough to happen that you need a SAFER barrier.
