This is a street circuit, in a major city. Therefore, they have to be out by a certain time so the track can be dismantled for Monday’s normal routine.

More likely because the town probably had to have the race done by today because of the regulations and stuff they have with Chicago (people have work on Monday so they wouldn’t be able to get to their jobs if major roads are being blocked for the race).
