Also, as someone who’s from the area and has been keeping tabs on the flood clean-up efforts, I would be surprised if the Thunder Road SRX event doesn’t happen. From the latest accounts, things are progressing very well. Vermonters are a determined and resilient bunch.

That Milk Bowl was won by Phil Scott, who is now in his fourth term as the state’s Governor — and who still races almost every event on the schedule. Suffice to say the track looks a lot different now than it did back then, and you’ll get to see all the changes on July 20.
