@Anthony Staten they’re free to own the trucks, just not drive them.

If the truck series can’t survive at all without leeches then leeches aren’t the solution, an entirely different economic model for the lower national series is. Maybe start by looking at the absolutely pathetic prize money distribution that the lower series give out.
