After the incident, Elliott immediately doors Larson and says “Unneccessary” as if it was intentional. Larson says that there was nothing he could do and says that Chase will eventually calm down when he sees a replay. Larson was calm and understanding in this situation, while Elliott was combative and frustrated. This is made worse when you consider that Elliott had a little more than a half a car-width of space to move up and not hit reddick, and he didn’t move up at all. It would have been tight, and maybe Chase just didn’t have time to react, but i feel like of a car seemingly turns right into you, you would instinctively hold your line. It’s unnatural that Elliott would take the hit without shifting lanes at all. The whole situation just make no sense
