I didn’t know he had this “Team Dillon Management” thing with his brother Ty. I think he’ll be much more instrumental and impactful in a management role than behind the wheel (i.e. helping land the likes of KB). I agree he’s not a terrible driver, but with Hill and now Love and maybe Kostecki waiting in the wings to take over in due time, I think it might be better if he moves out of the seat sooner than later.

The price of the homes are lower because of the noise and location. I’m sorry if a Real Estate agent sold them on the notion that the track will close, but thats akin to me moving next to an airport or traintrack and demand the city remove that. Sorry, you bought a home near a noisy facility, lie in the bed.

EDIT: Yeah it’s been reported elsewhere that the actual Board involved in the track called the proposal illegitimate and wasn’t submitted to them. So it’s more than likely just a ploy to drag people away from the renovation that’s being moved forward politically.
