@@josephpelayo3885 Gotcha. If you noticed I did mention roll cages and safety. I still would rather have them get rid of the restrictor plate. All that appeared to do was pack them all together. And bring around a new phrase. “Waiting for the big one” That’s really boring. Taking 3 or 13 cars out in a 1/4 lap.

Ok what you are asking for in someways is reasonable but it mostly isnt due to the fact that:
1. The racing at daytona wasnt because the cars arent stock if they were they would be all spread out and it would be more boring
2. The reason why nascars are so different from road cars or your average ford mustang is because they have safety that will keep a driver safe through 20 flips in the air we cant just get rid of that
