In reply to @CarsonHocevar. I'd look at things this way. Even if money is an issue. Go out there and give it your all. Make it fun for yourself. Your doing what you enjoy so try to embrace it. Unfortunately, there not much that can be done. So worrying is the last thing you want to think while racing.

I guess the problem is the economy we have right now, Investors are afraid to spend money with an uncertain political future that effects their existence.

In reply to @oktoday8323. I'm not opposed to Cup guys racing in the lower ranks. I just think it's harder to convince sponsors to do one-off races. It's easier to convince a sponsor, team, or manufacturer to invest in a young driver that could be part of their future.

Eric, you may have missed the point, The best way to bring attention to the lower series is to have Cup stars show up regularly to bring in more viewers and help fill the stands. I really don’t think that Cup drivers are chasing a trophy but trying to get some track time for the Sunday race. Just like it used to be. Would you rather watch a movie with your favorite stars in it? It is also a great opportunity for young drivers to learn from the Cup drivers and ask questions off track.
