It doesn’t work that way the carcass of a F1 car is different to a NASCAR cup car due to the loads compounds could be close but the the tyre structure. It’s why you see only 1 tyre manufacturer the cost to develop tyres is in the 10’s of millions. Look at F1s first attempt at coming to the USA that was a disaster due to tyre loads.
