In reply to @jackvickers7805. I doubt it. We normally only get the basic NASCAR scoring pylon. If I had to guess, the Youtube producer output the Clean Feed footage to the recording device instead of the main feed that would have included the timings. Easy mistake to make, I can ensure you.
