@@erickrebs2407 there was lots of tire wear in the Bristol race, so I think they’re headed in the right direction.

@@erickrebs2407 True, but I do know they used to have around 750 horsepower not long ago. They seem to be dialing it back gradually every year, but all it does is make them run closer together, not necessarily easier to pass.

​@@Tire24 Agreed, more horsepower would help, but the amount of HP needed with the current tire would be at least 950-1000, so it would be very expensive. I would love for them to go back to a 1000HP, but the amount of money it would take to redesign the components that would break would be extremely high.

I think any other solution to short track/Road course racing will be much to expensive or ineffective.
I’m not a casual fan, been watching and going to events since I was born and will never not watch, but the short track and road course racing needs some help.
