I agree to a sense. Joey has learned to win with a mediocre car. For example his most recent cup championship. He wasn’t the fastest or the most dominant car but he won.

If he were to have a setup like the 5 car, or the 11, he would be scary dominant. There is a reason he was called the best thing since sliced bread. If he has a fast car at a short track he will dominate, at an intermediate he will dominate, dont even get me started on superspeedways.
