Even though Kevin was more successful at SHR I will always love his RCR days more. He carried two race teams at the begging and ending of his career. Crazy ride.

A F1 Team wants him to test a car, but, I think that would be asking too much. If he were to hop into a F2 car first to get a feel, then, he might see if he would want to take the leap into a F1 car. If Jr were to get a Charter, with SHR shutting down, he could keep that affiliation with Hendrick, plus, get some valuable talent, if he wants. He is also getting the #8 from DEI, so, he might use that in the Xfinity Series for a few races, seeing Richard is using that number for KB. Crazy NASCAR Season.

Denny was saying that the 24 pitting before him made him have to pull in deeper, because by the time he gets to the 24 car the tire changers are on the left side, which makes him pit deep then comes the 17 having to do the same, then the 42 having to do the same, and then the 3 having to do the same. if the 3,42,0r 17 was a lap down or out of the race it would have corrected the problem. it was just a worst case scenario that they pitted in that order. 24 was always 2 cars ahead during cautions and him ahead of the 17 and the 17 ahead of 42 and 42 ahead of the 3. just bad luck.

It was interesting to hear Kevin say “Hands off”. When he said that it made me think of DEI. In a way it’s a similar situation. You had a hands off owner and the team started to go downhill as a result. The star driver and his sponsor left. The team continues for a bit but can’t really rebound from that loss.
