Plus by trying to do the double…it brought a lot of eyes to the sport…which is a good thing. I’m sure Hendrick and Nascar were having conversations when the thought of him running indy first came up. Nascar isnt stupid (I Hope)…they should issue the waiver and be done with it. The weather was bad in both places…something totally out of Kyle’s control.

In reply to @MarcoEvens. The rules have always stated the race is official if it's past the halfway point...which it was. They only run the next day if under halfway or if they can't get it started at all.
