1. Truex has literally thrown hissy fits before and actually had members of his pit crew moved to other drivers at JGR. These same pit crew members have been lights out with other teams. MTJ’s team is not bad.

2. MTJ is in 4TH place right now. He’s doing just fine. He’s basically a lock for playoffs regardless of whether he gets a win or not. In the playoff era, casual fans don’t seem to grasp that just because someone doesn’t have a win, doesn’t mean they’re “struggling.” Kenseth only won 1 race in his championship year. There’s still tons of time left.

3. Just because MTJ has one championship, doesn’t mean he’s the only driver that can win one. You seem to forget Bell has made final 4 two years in a row (TWO GOOD RACES AWAY FROM BEING A 2 TIME CHAMPION) and Denny Hamlin is on fire this season.

4. Why do so many ppl always make excuses for MTJ? he’s top 4 in standings and just cries a lot. Just call it what it is lol
