In reply to @RustyMitts. @cheetahyoda besides, I already know that Nascar ain't getting rid of GWC'S after 20 years (they didn't get rid of it after Summer Daytona 2015 when Austin Dillon went into the fence, Fall Dega 2015 or after the 2020 Daytona 500 when Ryan Newman nearly died. What makes you think a 5 OT shitshow will be any different?). If Nascar is gonna change anything to the GWC rule, it will most likely be making it like ARCA where the race has to finish under green no matter what (aka the 2022 all-star race finish that nearly cost Blaney the win)
