I watched the special on NASCAR 2022 season, it was hard to watch him when he was on pit lane when he got the concussion, he couldn’t even handle the sun visor up, you could tell something was seriously wrong!

glad he’s been able to largely overcome the back and brain injuries. most people don’t know one of his beloved dogs died around a year ago as well (not 100% sure on the timeline there but it was relatively recent) and i know that took an emotional toll on top of the physical stuff he’s gone through. hope he continues to impress everyone
