Getting the house completely done without pulling out another mortgage is way more important than keeping any car that’d he’d be able to buy again some day down the road if he really wanted it again.

Yes, it’ll be way more money down the road, but he’d also have way more money to buy one again after he gets his house done and strad pizza up and running. Especially if strad pizza is a success, he’ll be able to buy any car he sells back if he really wanted to.

These are very tough decisions that we know he didn’t make over night, so trust his process and we all know he’ll have another countach again someday if he really wants one again.

It worked really well in my yard but you have to keep the dandelions from being blown around your yard because those are seeds for weeds. If you see a dandelion you have to pluck it immediately and make sure it doesn’t get blown. Then when the weeds are dead, you can uproot them (use gardening gloves & a mini plant shovel. Also wear long pants and boots as well a straw hat with 360 coverage) then buy one of those drivable lawn mowers and cut the rest if grass in the back. It’s what I would do.
