In reply to @PC10.8. Feds wouldn't allow shutdown of Parkway West for that; but you're correct, would be interesting. Schenley Park would need lots of work for INDYCAR, NASCAR, or any other higher-speed series. Too much to make it worthwhile. The idea is intriguing, nonetheless.
