@@williambranham6249the exhaust is behind the front tire. It looks like when the 11 rolls forward it ignites the spilled fuel. It does look like it starts beside the front tire on the 11 before he backs up. But, I really don’t know, just making a comment on what I think happened. Either way, glad it didn’t do any more damage than it did.

]]>Please explain. I saw fuel being spilled after fill up. Denny was sitting still behind S and fire started before Denny left pit. How did Dennys exhaust (which is going to the side rear of his car) ignite the fuel? If that was true there would be fires on most pit stops. There is always spillage as well as exhaust on every car. Very few fires.
If exhaust was at fault I think it was more likely Suarez exhaust. Let by me know what you think.
Just to add an additional thought. Maybe exhaust from Suarez ignited the fuel?
