Driver leading: “I’m about to win.” Second place driver: “Ha ha. No.”

3:55 one of the best Nascar finals narrated by Bob Jenkins who this week beat us on the road

Hornaday/Busch was for 2nd actually. James Buescher was leading.

But Hornaday was the CHAMPIONSHIP LEADER!!!

@Crazy But Actually, I think Austin Dillon was the points leader; Hornaday was just in contention, however that wreck pretty much threw that out the window.

@Youhitmeunderyella ! yes, you’re right. According to Racing Reference, Dillon had a fifteen-point lead over Hornaday.

3:22 I was there at the fence by the start finish line waiting for a burnout that never happened…

Man, that one with Matt Kenseth at Martinsville 2015 ill never forget that. He just didn’t take out Joey Logano, he absolutely junked him. Or maybe at Kansas before that, he should-a went to victory lane and decked him. Am I right, or am I right?

@Patrick Kushman did you even watch the previous race before?

Reply
Patrick Kushman August 28, 2021 at 5:14 am

@Railen The Toaster the Kansas race? Yeah I did. They battled and Kenseth blocked one too many times so logano kept his foot in it and sent him around. That’s racing pal

Next video, get Tony Stewart wrecking himself and entire field at Dega in 2012. Gragson wrecked leading at Homestead this year. Morgan Shepherd taking out Logano in 2014, Logano wrecking himself and Brad K on the last lap of this year’s Daytona 500.

A lot of those wrecks bring back so many memories!

This just made me understand that if Kyle Busch or Brad Keselowski are in the top five near the end of a race there’s a very real chance that a wreck is going to happen in which they cause it or get a win out of it if they don’t.

Its weird how everyone talks about the 3’s (Austin) wreck into the fence, but no one talks about 22 (brad) doing the same thing in a less worse car.

I appreciate that you included the Tony Stewart helmet toss in the clip. LOL!!!

6:37 I’m still salty about Brennan losing this race.
Also the fact that Jimmie managed to get to the lead while blowing up is pretty wild.

Wow thanks for posting this. I can’t believe some of these crashes. With these Next Gen cars hoping they won’t be so violent. Man some of these are scary
