@Precious Gibson Guess NASCAR was afraid to inspect the car for steering issues.
Worked as a test driver, putting all sorts of prototype vehicles through their paces, including intentional kerb strikes. In that situation you are half expecting it, you are prepared, you like steering or damage the steering or rim, its part of the test procedure, its no big deal, confirm the test was done as it was specified re speed angle of strike etc and then do something else.
When you lose steering, or a tyre at high speed and you are not expecting it, that’s not only when the adrenaline kicks in, but the massive wave of relief hits you when you come to a stop safely and think how bad things could have gone, you don’t immediately get out of the car and try and start a fight, you are just glad you are in one piece.
If Larry Mac is tossing out the suspension card, you know this is serious

If Nascar doesn’t park Wallace for the rest of the year… Nascar is a complete JOKE!!! Hooking another car at those speeds, especially with 1 driver retiring from a head injury and another not driving right now cause of a head injury… Wallace should sit the rest of this season and maybe a few races into next season! Was completely uncalled for, wreckless, and very dangerous!!!

Didnt NASCAR institute a rule a few years ago stating that drivers were supposed to stay in their cars after a wreck until the safety crew arrived unless there was imminent danger to the driver? And there was pretty serious consequences if a driver did not do so?
Yep. Heck just a couple weeks ago the tire changer for Deegan was permanently banned merely for chasing a tire in the infield. Wallass went to the infield to potentially assault someone.

“Sends Bubba into the wall”. NO! The cars never touch before Bubba hits the wall. Bubba was going too fast for the turn and said “I don’t lift”. The laws of physics sent Bubba into the wall. He would have bounced off the wall whether or not a car was on his inside.
I don’t like Bubba and to see him do this just adds fuel to the fire.

Door banging to get another driver’s attention is completely different than using your car as a high speed projectile to clobber another driver and then walking 75 yards down a live racetrack to finish him off. Then giving an official the brushback.

He took Bell out and could effect the Chase, assaulted a driver and an official, he was out of control. Set him out until he completes a six week anger management course.
If bell wasn’t there to cushion Larson, Kyle’s racing could have ended.

This is Nascar’s poster boy. One race suspension no team owner points no fines no anger management. Nascar’s penalties are a friggin joke depends on who is getting the penalty everytime.
Intentionally turns a guy into the wall on a high speed track takes out a playoff driver also in the process walks across the track with cars on the track without a Nascar official tries his best to get Larson to swing at him shoves a Nascar official fist pumps his crew members when returning to the pit area he is nothing but a thug and McDonald’s needs to take a hard look at who they are spending their sponsorship money on and Nascar should be ashamed of their self for letting this thug behavior off the hook so lightly. He is definitely Nascar’s poster child he will f**k up again people don’t change so get ready McDonald’s and Nascar it’s coming.
Fact…not a KL fan but …Kyle did not push Babba into the wall. And that was a flat driver-side hit Kyle took. Bubba could have lifted just a little bit, let Kyle go, and that would have been better. Finally, Bubba was way out of line roughing up a guy that just bounced off to “soft” wall.
“If” the steering really failed like he says, you’d think he’d be going over to Kyle’s car to see if he was okay. Instead, he was ready to throw punches before he even got to Kyle, which he did when he got there. If he would’ve done that to someone on the street, he would’ve been arrested. Not to mention the fact that he put other drivers in danger by pulling that stunt.
I’m sure his steering DID go out. But after he crashed Kyle and then crashed himself.
If the steering failed, NO driver would punch the gas like Bubba did. One would have to be a dishonest as Bubba to believe his lie.
There was something wrong with Bubba’s steering, the nut behind the wheel came loose.

Crew chiefs have been suspended for FOUR WEEKS for loose wheel infractions with a tire/lug that’s completely new to the teams this year. That has also been a continual problem for many teams. Bubbles (at least) intentionally wrecks someone in the worst way, and get’s ONE race. Clown Show.
Is that all? He should be suspended for a year at least. Creep.
