Not a fan of Denny Hamlin. I have never been throughout most of my life, but with being said the things he’s accomplish throughout his career in that number 11 Felix car is immaculate, and off the track. He seems like a genuine nice guy who has done a lot of good charity work, as well as being a great voice for NASCAR drivers and complaints they might have, so here’s to him, hoping he has a few last good few years left in him. ( still don’t want to see him win a championship lol )
With all that being said, the paint scheme he’s has for the 500 is um……I like the gold numbers, and that’s pretty much it, the design is just very boring, it lack a lot of flair, previous paint schemes had, I think this would’ve been a good time to do a throwback of sorts, like the 2011 paint scheme, but maybe with a few touchups like the 50 year anniversary logo, and the gold number, and then the normal car with the white number and normal FedEx logo could be used as the throwback, for Darlington, and maybe it changes colors from race to race, orange, or red for the 500, green for the first Darlington race, and blue for the second Darlington race, but sadly, they didn’t do that so… ☹️
Calling it, FedEx is out at the end of the year…
