Something that most people forget or don’t know: Road Racer PJ Jones won the very first race that the truck series ran, although it was an exhibition event.
nice!
Awesome drivers in those early days!
The trucks will always be my favorite series in NASCAR!
Now we know as Nascar Craftsman Truck series
Thank goodness the truck series brought back craftsman as it title sponsor
if i recall in the begining the trucks had some weird rules that applied only to the trucks.thankfully they went away after a few years.sometimes the truck series is better racing than the cup races.
What rule was that?
Someone tell Cleetus McFarland to get the Dale Truck on Daytona
That Schrader Delco truck was and still is my favorite truck
Man I miss the days when the truck series was mostly older guys driving around for the hell of it.
They still have those don’t get me wrong but there definitely not as notable as the young rising talent
Craftsman Super Truck Series was the best ever! So stoked for Craftsman to be back!
Truck series is my favorite!
Mike Skinner won the first ever Truck race? Sometimes the universe lines things up perfectly
Also a question to NASCAR fans who lived through the moment: what was your reaction when the Truck series was announced?
Rename it back to the super truck series lol
Back before they wrecked the series by leaving all them great old short tracks
I love NASCAR Truck Series.
