Harvick’s reaction is I think a result of how poorly Haas-Stewart is doing. He clearly could barely start in the top 5.
@Indy Guest I do not disagree with you. Yeah, Harvick is not a road course racer but he has run badly on other road courses before and has not had this type of reaction. I think it is in addition to how bad SHR is doing right now.
Regardless he is still fifth in point, despite some terrible luck the season so far, i.e. getting wrecked at Daytona and Atlanta.
Harvick has a few road course wins!! Hes not particularly good at COTA!!! Finished 2nd @CHARLOTTE ROVAL last year…
Maybe if STEWART HAAS GET THEIR ROAD COURSE STUFF TOGETHER AS A WHOLE and short track at martinville that will help obviously.
@Daniel Grier I am not saying he is a bad road course racer. More like average and for him it’s only his third time at COTA. Second in the new car. I am a Harvick fan. Hoping for a win this weekend at Richmond and that he wins the all-star race.

No idea what is wrong with Stewart Haas right now but they need to turn things around. Bubba needs to remember where the break pedal is. Ryan Blaney needs to start punting everyone out of the way for a bit so he stops getting used to make a turn or to be passed. In all….Zane Smith had a great day 🙂
Things have not been the same for Stewart Haas since Tony tried to hire Larson and Ford wasn’t on board. Tony didn’t get his way and then joined Mopar in drag racing instead of staying loyal to Ford so since then I believe Ford and Stewart have little going with each other. Other Ford teams are doing better so it has to be the team. Stewart was always a big mouth baby, never had my respect for his lack of sportsmanship on the track.
I’ve never been into nascar but I’ve been into a wide arrange of racing…. Does nascar not observe track limits…and no passing off the track? Outside looking in.. this is something I wouldn’t continue watching, unless I’m missing something.
The track limits in Nascar are far more lenient than F1. The only track limit they have at COTA is the esses. Watkins Glen and Sonoma allow them to run wide at certain places. The only real track limit they have as a whole is don’t go under the yellow line at Dega, Daytona, and Atlanta
