as someone that lives about a hour out from Richmond its really bad and nasty out i dont think they will race
Nascar will race in the rain on ovals, even if there is more lightning.
What? How can they race in the rain? They don’t have rain tires to put in the stock cars and besides, it’s not possible for stock cars to race in the rain because the race tires will not handle a wet track
they do have rain tires did you see the new rule
