Lightning. I believe.
Lightning was the original issue, but they won’t qualify in the rain/damp due to the fact that it would dry up track as drivers make laps and give advantages to later qualifying drivers. The “rain” tires would probably only be used during a race if track is damp(not a downpour) to help drying process

I hate that for the #96 team his was going to be their first race. Kyle Weatherman would have ran good. He’s a underrated driver I feel.
