Prayers for Dean Thompson hope hes OK extremely scary crash
I’m horrified that was terrible crash. I don’t care what else happens today I jus hope Dean is alright. He was placed on a stretcher.

The saddest part is that Dean was running his best race of his career…and this then happened. Hope he’s alright.
The reason he is probably able to get out under his own power is because all the hard hits where to his passenger side

From my first look at this crash, it felt like a 2000’s vibe from it, it’s definelly a type of hit modern nascar asn’t got in ages.
That is one of the hardest hits I have seen in awhile between two cars/trucks.
I don’t care if you like or dislike a driver, all these guys put their life on the line each time they strap in. They all deserve to be respected.

First time at a Nascar tree race someone said the difference between racing and other sports is at other sporting events there’s two sides that hate each other and only want their team to win where at races you want your guy to win but everyone’s there to have fun and enjoy their experience watching the race it’s just a bonus if u your driver or his team wins

Pretty impressed by how fast the safety crew responded.
I was there. A lot of times I’m critical of how quick they respond but yesterday they were at the trucks dang near before they stopped rolling
I was watching this from the top of victory lane. Actually being there let’s you see just how hard of a hit that actually was. I felt a pit in my stomach as I saw it happen and heard the impacts through my ear muffs. Gosh it was vicious. I’m glad Dean is ok.
