Wow, I didn’t had high hopes for Josh Berry but I did NOT see that 2nd place finish coming.
Between iRacing and Hendricks sim based off of RF pro, hes had massive amounts of training in simulators. 2 other drivers in the field have as well, all of which ran up front. The future of NASCAR, at this point, will be recruiting from sim racing and dirt. Those two, statistically perform better. It’s actually harder to run laps on the simulator than in real life. The sim doesn’t model forward, or longitudinal tire spin properly so, it does it through the swing in the rear end, harder to control, and feel.

Didn’t realize today would’ve been Ricky Hendrick’s birthday. Happy for the 5 team to put that scheme in victory lane for Mr. H. Glad kyle finally broke though for his first win of 2023, and here’s to many more for HMS!
Good to see Larson break through for a Win. I expect to see him win every race, but back luck has been dogging him this year.

It was time for a Larson win. A great driver, crew and organization with so much talent onboard. I know that Chad has a lot to do with the Hendricks car’s speed plus many others in the organization like Jeff who has to offer great input with his experience and the great job by the standin crew chiefs. Hendricks is a lucky man to have so much talent and experience on his team. He knows how to pick them. I can only imagine what it must be like to walk in his shoes.
The jackman, spotter and Ricky H all share a birthday and Kyle brings it home! That’s pretty cool

Mike Joy is simply a class act, will miss him in the booth when he decides to retire. I didn’t realize how knowledgeable and truly passionate he is about auto racing until I watched him on Leno’s garage discussing the Trans-Am series.
First I was happy that Larson won second it was my 5th time going to the nascar race at Richmond and third the suprise for me was josh berry finishing second that was amazing and if no one doesn’t put berry in a top ride I’ll be shocked berry deserves a shock in the cup series
