P6 for Crafton isn’t bad, yeley in P3 as well, pretty impressive
Hey Bud, great work on the uploads !!!! thanks for ya efforts !!! be watching all weekends cheers
Explain why yeley is 3rd in a rwr
We live in confusing times
His days in USAC. He even has more experience on dirt than larson.
His background is dirt racing
Why is Crafton in the 51? What happened to Ware?
Some sort of personal dealings, he stepped away for the weekend. Look for a tweet from rwr explained it.
Personal issue
@CJ Birdsall Oh. Thanks
Ty Dillon won a heat race last year, I hate everything
This was barely a competition for Larson
@Jon Hathaway I think he means the fact there were no top tier teams at all in that heat other than Larson. It was a bunch of field filler cars.
@Kartkid024 still doesn’t make sense because Preece was about to pass him, other than that no there wasn’t any competition
@Jon Hathaway I mean I’m not gonna speak for the original post because I don’t know their thoughts. but If I had to guess I’d say he wasn’t talking about what happened in the race, but rather was just talking about who was in the race. If that makes sense.
@Kartkid024 it doesn’t .
@Jon Hathaway Well, then I can’t help you.
For a last minute stand-in, Crafton looks incredibly handy in the 51. RWR having a great showing
That 77 car is a nice looking car from what I remember it looked before.
I’m happy about Kyle Larson holds off Ryan Preece for the win in heat race #3.
If Larson’s car gets set up right he should win. It’s looking pretty good in the heat race already. They can make a few changes now but dirt changes and I don’t know how soon before the actual race that they are allowed to change it for how the dirt is at race time. At most dirt tracks the crews are out sticking screwdrivers, knives, the heel of their shoes or whatever into the track and making air pressure and other small changes while their cars are lined up waiting to go out on the track to race. I’m sure NASCAR won’t allow that. Funny thing, my first time I went to watch a dirt track race I started seeing pieces of plastic being blown around by the cars and I thought the spectators were just throwing their food wrappers around and thought it was rude. What I didn’t know was that the drivers had tear offs on their helmets. I felt rather foolish after it was pointed out to me.
It was tough to tell because there was no practice and he was in a heat full of nothing but field filler cars. We will see tonight. As far as the dirt goes, with it being so many laps, the changes before the race aren’t going to mean as much as the ones through out the race.
Why can’t they just leave Bristol alone
Matt Crafton in the 51?! Let’s gooooo!!
Tony Stewart is a great dirt track anchor- announcer.. he’s ok on pavement.. but he is great for explanation the how the cars work on this stuff
This right here proves Cody Ware is holding back the entire Rick Ware Racing organization, JJ Yeley has regained his talent and Matt Crafton took the 51 car with no experience and nearly finished top 5 in a heat race
Let’s go Larson!!!
This is about as exciting as watching paint dry. I’ve seen kids motorcycle races more exciting than this. How F1 and MotoGP are around and people still watch this is beyond me.
Larson opinion going to change yet again after this race lol
No… i don’t think it will. Haha
Nascar needs to adapt the dirt format every week and go to heat races and a shorter feature instead of 500 laps. Way harder racing to make it in all the time
