Larson took 2 shots, Preece only door bumps him. The 5 took himself out, besides what do you want him to do? Say I bumped him and get a penalty? Blame nascar, not the 41

.. Preece had a foot maybe 2 on Larson. He didn’t have position. He wasn’t run into the wall. You lift and he chose to keep his bumper in there and that’s what happens. He acts like he was door to door with Kyle and Kyle ran him to the fence. One of us is blind and I really don’t think it’s me.
@Matthew Maneri Spot on. He didn’t even get to the rear tire and he acts like he had the position. If you ain’t to at least the C pillar, you don’t have the right to that track position. Since when in motor racing do we expect drivers to surrender a line because another driver got 2 foot worth of car in the spot. C or B pillar before the other driver has to allow you the spot. That’s consistent across all motor racing. Anything less and you aren’t entitled to the spot.
@NathanM4A1 No one is saying that Preece was entitled to the spot. But he was certainly entitled to the line. Clear means clear. And if you’re not clear, you don’t take the line anyway
@Matthew Maneri I think he had enough on him that Larson should have given room. Especially since he spotter was telling him he was up there. So I see nothing wrong with Preece being upset, but I’m not so sure it was worthy of completely dumping Larson like that. Make your contact, send a message and move on.
