Love this series!
Me too❤
Nascar keeping things boring, as usual
Ross Chastain brought attention to NASCAR that it hasn’t seen in quite some time now.
Rather see safely than someone attempting a pathetic move that works 1 in a million chances.
@Duck-O-Matic That “pathetic move” was witnessed by over ten million people. More than the average race gets nowadays
@Epic Typhlosion you saying that doesn’t help, one highlight bigger than the racing itself how embarrassing.
How about no more Wallace Whallop too, y’know, making it illegal to deliberately take out an opponent just because you can’t drive properly!
They pretty much banned the move that brought them the most amount of attention that they had seen in quite some time now. You have people who don’t even watch NASCAR and/or racing that know who Ross Chastain is. And are interested in NASCAR/racing thanks to Ross Chastain. And he didn’t have to resort to drama to get attention either.
Attention!? Yeah for that moment but long term all Nascar ratings continues to down every single race weekend. So really it’s didn’t matter or helped nothing.
It was the coolest move I think any of us have ever seen, but it was kinda dangerous. The banning also makes the move unique.
To this day, I laugh at what must have gone through Hamlin’s mind when he saw Chastain PASS him at the finish line to eliminate him!!! HAH!!!!!
There goes Denny Hamlin’s chances of winning the championship that year.
You mean to tell me Denny can think
@Chief 3 Well enough to see what just happened to him at that moment. I love it.
