Chase Elliott is one of my favorite drivers. But I lost all respect for Bubba Wallace with his woke crap!!!!
Glad my driver boucing back for a top 10 finish and Elliott’s back racing again.
Good to know no one in the booth has a gag reflex because they sucked elliot off all race. He backed into that top 10 with a 20th place car.
He literally passed 14 cars on the final run. That is part of racing, you might have to elevate a bad car. Joey was behind Chase a lot of that race with healthy body.

@JWC924 “my driver” gets the same amount as attention as every other driver that isn’t chase Elliot. It’s embarrassing how the broadcast booth deep throat’s the guy at every corner. Honestly I don’t even fault elliot for it. He has no control but it’s an awful look for nascar

The existing point system for the chase is ridiculous. There is no way a driver should be able to miss six races and Come Away with a championship.
Cry About It
Year is not over yet. Even though I did not agree with it in 2015, what Kyle did that year was still impressive.
What a change; Wallace didn’t waterboard a Hendrick driver (Bowman at Charlotte Roval 2019, I think) this time.
Change? Bowman got into Bubba like 5 times and upset him over multiple races back then. Elliott didn’t wreck Bubba or anything. Why would he be upset? Is he not allowed to talk to a fellow competitor who finished right behind him without scrutiny?
Wallace and Elliot are friends
Considering he lost a total of 10 spots on pit row on his first 2 stops, had a bad car to start the day and caught some horribly timed cautions, a top 10 was pretty impressive. I didn’t realize he was turning the fastest laps at the end too. If he could have caught that caution like Larson, Joey and a few others got at the end, I think he could have had a shot to win.
Chase Elliott has won at Talladega & Dover, DE the next 2 tracks coming up on the schedule & Chase Elliott is pretty solid during the summer months
Think they run Kansas after that. But Dover and Talladega are 2 track he really loves.
