@Brian Griffin Family Guy Fan A body (car) will stay in motion until a force is exerted on it. Barrel rolls are relatively minor when it comes to a crash. There wasn’t a single hard stop or impact. He’s not “lucky to be alive”. This would’ve been survivable even in the 1960s. If he took a shot like Newman or flew in the wall like Keselowski or catch fence like Larson or Dillon, those crashes you worry about. This is just another flip to be used in advertising of future races.

Still the most impressive pile up I’ve seen. He was airborne with cars flying under him then when he was flipping in the air more cars were going under. That pile up I remember was srs last wreck he saw

Very violent flip, knew it had to be bad since they went to commercial so quick so they could confirm everyone was alright.

Blaine Perkins has been transported to a local medical facility for further evaluation. I’ll keep this top comment updated as more information is released.
