Ryan Blaney should’ve got the win Busch went below the yellow line and Ryan Blaney was at least on the track

Talladega is like driving on I-5 through Los Angeles, except faster.
Some if Rowdy have enough gas he go for it
Of course he was lucky, but the win wasn’t all luck. He put himself in the right position and capitalized on the opportunity. I hate that he did win, but it can’t all be chalked up to luck.
Lucky yes. But he worked his tail off to get to the end. Luck is spelled WORK.

Richard Petty said (back in the early 90s when I heard it), “I don’t want to lead a lot of laps. I want to be in a position to win”
That’s what happened. An intelligent driver put himself in the position to win.
winning it in turn 2 off a caution was lucky, but I mean he was still 3rd about to get a run down the back with a chance to win.
What is Super Speedway racing but mostly luck? Gotta be at the right place at the right time but it’s a tremendous amount of luck.
Imagine telling someone in 2008 that Kyle Busch would win Talladega in the #8
Kyle got lucky, but that’s part of racing. He put himself in position to get that kind of lucky break. Part of racing is luck, but part of racing is creating your own luck. Kyle created his own luck by being up front. It’s not like he was 20th when the wreck started and was the only one to make it through.
As soon as Bubba started getting out of shape, Busch went as low as he could and Bubba came awfully close to clipping him when he came back down. That wasnt luck.

Kyle it was not lucky. He knew how much he saved the last run and called an audible. He won.

He didn’t get lucky, he put himself in the position to win!!
Of course he may of been lucky, but then again, thats most of plate races these days. There is hardly ever a dominant car in those types of scenarios and majority of the time it comes down to a driver who played the race smart and stayed out of trouble, and Kyle did just that and got it done when it mattered most
You have to get lucky at these races if you wanna win them.
