These driver need to think more about what they do off the track.
They need to be allowed to have a life beyond just driving that stock car on Sunday. It’s called having a life. You could just as easily get injured getting out of your dam bed.
Challenge for Alex: try not to get hurt in a racing incident (impossible)

Very strange that NOBODY is revealing WHICH vertebra Al broke. (It makes a difference). I broke my L4 & L5 in a bad wreck & had to be fused & wear a brace for weeks.

I see Hendricks making a change to some policy about Driver extra activities outside of Nascar Cup.
He will lose all of his drivers if he does that. You can’t just go around telling them they can’t do anything outside of NASCAR- it’s called having a life.

What is the rule on medical waivers? How many medical waivers can one owner request per year?
Wasn’t it just a few weeks ago when somebody was complaining that their owner didn’t like them doing dirt stuff…
This is worrisome for Larson and others that race regularly outside of cup. The Chase situation as gotten everyone hyper aware about the subject of in season extracurriculars. Now bowman literally breaks his spine.
