Not a Chastain fan, but I am glad he admitted his error.
there was no error. Slow lapped traffic got in the way and got moved. A tradition as old as nascar itself.
He admits it every time and says he’s going to get better, yet he still hasn’t f’n learned.

I’m glad he owns it, but I think he needs to stop apologizing and start fixing it. You can only appoligize for so long.

Brennan Poole gave the correct way to fix Ross in his interview.
I assume he doesn’t intend to go do that though
Maybe Brennan should worry about getting up to speed and learning how to race before he worries about Ross. Only mistake Ross made was thinking Brennan knew how to drive a race car.
Why doesn’t Poole be about instead of talking about it. I like Austin Hill’s way of handling things. He doesn’t talk about punching someone, he just does it like a man. Guys that talk are exactly just that, all talk.
Most redundant question on earth at the very end when she asks “so are you taking blame?”. Like was she listening to him at all?
She is his mom.
Don’t apologize Ross nobody wants Larson to finish
You have to be aggressive to win. Passive gets you second place.
The problem is there is a time when you need to be aggressive and times when you don’t. That’s where I think he needs to learn the difference with. If he pisses off too many people, he is never going to win a Championship.

He… he didn’t lift all that hard. I love Ross and all. Been a fan for a while. But did he forget he was behind a RWR car (Garbage truck)? Of course, he wasn’t gonna be that fast. That had nothing to do with Poole’s skill, my guy. Ross made a dumb mistake. It is what it is, but he needs to do better. Dude has a ton of talent and is a ton of fun to watch. But this isn’t fun. That was dumb. (That lady’s comment at the end was a little silly, though. Yeah, he admitted he took blame for it. Her little “You’re taking the blame?” wasn’t needed, lol)
Exactly, go watch the telemetry. Poole lifted and got out of the gas earlier that normal and he got ran over bc a car was right behind him. Racing deal. The 15 was trying to back up the corner with a car on his bumper. You have to be aware of your surroundings when you want to back a corner up that much for the e drive off. 50/50

I was liking him as a driver last year, but it seems now that he is an average or below average driver in a fast car that needs another few years in a lower series. No car control or self control.
You can’t be average or below average and lead the championship. This is the single stupidest take I’ve seen. He spent plenty of time in the lower series outperforming awful equipment which taught him to race like this. And it clearly works. Saying he’s average or below average is insulting to all drivers.
He finished 2nd and he’s average? Don’t think so.
I can’t put any blame for Chastain, that back marker whoever that was didn’t get out of the way. I’m beginning to be a fan of Ross Chastain as of now.
Chastain was that backmarker driver “whoever that was” for years, and if you told him it was his job to move out of people’s way he wouldn’t tell you to f off.
it’s not the backmarkers job to move. It’s chastains job to get around him we see he can’t do that. Its a respect thing to move out of the way. Ross has no respect from others. So thing like that happens. Not Chastains fault? No one else was driving his car.
I think neither Ross Chastain or Brennan Poole were 100 percent at fault.
