I love the fact that Bubba called out NASCAR (sorta). They do this a lot. Cars involved in wrecks are not supposed to benefit from that caution. Period. Yet some do almost every week.
Does anyone know the ACTUAL RULE that decides if a car involved in a crash can maintain its position or not? When Bubba brought that up, I can’t honestly say I understand that rule enough to decide if I agree or disagree with him.
